Hourly Charter Cancellation Policy: If reservation is canceled less than 24 hours from time of pickup on the date of service there is a 2 hour minimum cancelation fee. This will be charged to the credit card given at time of reservation. There is also a 15 minute grace period given for final dropoff. If vehicle is still waiting or dropping off after grace period has expired, there is a charge of $20.00 plus gratuity, for every 15 minutes, beginning from the initial schedule dropoff time. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE, UP TO 5%
